Tom Noel is one of the world's leading event designers and the founder of Happenings. For decades he has designed celebrations for royalty, heads of state and global brands, from the Palace of Versailles to the Forbidden City in Beijing. He is based in New York and Miami.

Tom Noel is one of the world's leading event designers and the founder of Happenings. Trained under the legendary Robert Isabell and later a partner of the late Philip Baloun, he has designed the weddings of John F. Kennedy Jr. and Carolyn Bessette and of Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick, the Met Gala, the U.S. Open and events for Vogue, Giorgio Armani and Valentino.

His work has taken him to the Palace of Versailles, Hampton Court, Kensington Palace, Cannes and Monaco, and he was the first American designer given creative access to the Forbidden City in Beijing. It has been covered by ABC, CBS, NBC, Good Morning America, The New York Times and Vogue.

Through Happenings, he is bringing that standard of event within reach of everyone.
